After we visited Wat Pho we headed to the Thai mall Central Plaza Grand Rama 9 to get some lunch at a Japanese Restaurant which had very good sushi and miso soup.
So many of the Thai malls in Bangkok look very similar… like 5+ stories of shopping. I think this one was around 6 or 7 stories tall. These places are just so massive, and are always crowded, which is a testament on just how many people live in Bangkok. It’s a big city, so the malls need to be big, with lots of shopping and lots of restaurants and massage parlors; everything you could ever want or need.
